Generative engine optimisation services that secure your brand’s authority in AI answers
AI answers are already shaping B2B buying decisions. If your brand isn’t showing up clearly and consistently, you won’t attain the market share you need for success.
Clarity is a senior-led Global Growth Consultancy for technology and B2B brands. We secure your brand's authority in AI answers so buyers find you - not a competitor - when it counts.
Who we work with
We work with technology and B2B leadership teams to make digital a reliable source of qualified pipeline and revenue. SEO, content, paid media, automation and CRO are treated as one accountable system, so every channel has a clear job in your growth plan, and every market understands how it contributes to coordinated momentum.
The impact: How our generative engine optimisation agency drives results
GEO improves what buyers see when they ask AI systems to evaluate options in your category.
Greater visibility in AI answers, overviews, and summaries
We increase the likelihood that your brand appears in high-intent AI responses, including AI Overviews and chat-style answers. The work focuses on the prompts and topics your buyers actually use, then improves the content and sources that shape those responses.
Stronger authority and citation frequency across GEO surfaces
Visibility alone isn’t enough. We strengthen authority by improving the sources AI systems rely on when they decide what to cite. That includes tightening entity signals and building credible supporting sources so your brand becomes a safer answer to include.
Tighter alignment between AI narratives and your brand story
AI systems often default to generic language or competitor framing. GEO reduces that drift by making your message easier to interpret and harder to misrepresent, so AI answers truly reflect your brand.
The challenge: Why B2B GEO is different
B2B GEO operates in a more opaque environment than traditional search. Signals shift quickly as models and interfaces evolve. Category nuance matters more. A small change in how an AI system interprets your entity can distort how you are positioned.
For leadership teams, that creates a new risk: you can do everything “right” in your own channels and still be described inaccurately in the places buyers now trust for synthesis. GEO needs a specialist approach that is built for complex propositions and multi-market growth. That's why Clarity runs GEO through an integrated growth system - not as a standalone channel.
The Clarity solution: Our strategic generative engine optimisation approach
Clarity runs GEO through an operating rhythm that keeps work focused on what will move AI visibility fastest, then builds a foundation that compounds.
Discovery and analysis
We baseline how your brand appears across AI answer surfaces. We map high-value prompts, review which sources are shaping responses, and assess entity coverage. We use Surfacd to make this practical and repeatable, rather than anecdotal.
Strategy development
We build a GEO roadmap tied to business priorities. Prompts, topics, and entities are prioritised based on commercial value and buyer relevance. We also define where accuracy matters most, so sensitive topics are handled with the right level of control.
Implementation
We optimise the content and signals that influence how AI systems interpret your brand. That includes on-site improvements, structured signals, entity reinforcement, and strengthening the sources that AI systems are likely to cite when they answer questions in your category.
Monitoring and optimisation
We track performance across relevant AI platforms and adjust as models change. Prompts evolve. Competitors adapt. GEO is managed as an ongoing discipline with clear iteration, rather than a one-off project.
Reporting and insights
We report what leadership needs to know: visibility movement across priority prompts, citation frequency, accuracy of brand representation, and downstream indicators that connect to B2B outcomes such as inbound quality and pipeline contribution.
Read our report: The new B2B buyer journey
A new reality has arrived in B2B. AI-powered search is compressing the buyer journey, and the rules for brand visibility are being rewritten.
For B2B leaders in fast-moving sectors like Fintech, Healthtech, Enterprise Tech, and Sustainability Tech, the challenge is immediate: AI models are prioritizing and summarizing vendor information, deciding what buyers see - and what they don't. If your message isn't clear, consistent, and structured for AI, you risk being omitted from the first round of consideration and losing competitive edge.
In partnership with Norstat, Clarity surveyed 175 B2B business decision-makers to uncover how AI is fundamentally reshaping their purchase decisions - and what marketers must do to adapt.

"I've been working with the Clarity UK team for more than two years now and can't fault any part of the team's efforts. They integrated quickly with our processes and operations, seamlessly becoming part of our operation. They come across as truly invested in the company's success and not just chasing success metrics that benefit them and their KPIs... FAQs
GEO is the practice of optimising your online presence so AI‑powered search engines and assistants - like Google’s AI Overviews and platforms such as ChatGPT - can easily find, understand and trust your content. It builds on SEO but focuses specifically on how AI systems select and synthesise sources for answers and citations.
Traditional SEO optimises for ranked results on search engine results pages. GEO still values those fundamentals but adds a layer of AI‑specific optimisation - structuring content for machine readability, strengthening authority signals and aligning with natural, conversational queries so AI chooses your content when generating answers.
GEO aims to increase how often your brand and content are cited or referenced in AI‑generated answers. Over time that translates into greater share of voice in AI environments, stronger perceived authority, better discovery among high‑intent users and higher‑quality leads driven by trusted, answer‑level exposure.
Yes - by positioning your brand as a trusted source in AI answers at each stage of the buying journey, GEO influences which vendors are discovered, shortlisted and justified internally. That increases the volume and quality of opportunities where you’re included in consideration, improving conversion and revenue over time.
We audit how AI currently “sees” your brand, fix technical and structural issues that block AI from accessing or understanding your content, reshape key assets for machine readability, strengthen authority via PR and high‑quality citations, and track your presence in AI answers so we can refine the strategy.
A strong SEO foundation is a major advantage, but AI search doesn’t always mirror traditional rankings. GEO helps you adapt that foundation for AI‑specific behaviours and formats, ensuring your existing content and authority work as hard as possible in a changing search landscape.
There isn't a single metric that measures success here - it is complicated. We look at how often and where your brand is cited or referenced in AI outputs, your share of voice for priority topics in AI environments, traffic and engagement driven by GEO‑optimised content, and downstream metrics such as qualified leads and influenced pipeline. Our Analytics and Measurement team is on hand to support and customise a framework to suit your commercial needs.
