Over Clarity
Daarvoor gebruiken we onze Now, Near, Next-methodologie.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family and their two dogs. When not travelling or obsessing about her next holiday, she can be found engrossed in a Scandi Noir series.
Tom Telford
Chief Digital Officer
Tom has worked in digital marketing for nearly 25 years, holding a number of senior roles in both agencies and tech startups.
Starting his career during the .com boom, Tom's been fortunate to work at the forefront of continuous disruption in marketing, from Search to Social, and now AI, the continuous explosion in technology and data has continuously evolved.
At Clarity, Tom leads all of our global Growth Marketing and Creative teams, as well as integrated services like GEO. Throughout his career, integrating Communications and Marketing has been a continuous theme.
Away from the office, Tom is always outside, exploring Dartmoor with his wife and daughters, mucking about on the sea and (badly) maintaining their smallholding.
Will Julian-Vicary
Chief Technology Officer
Will lives and grew up in Cornwall and spends his downtime with his family, his wonderful wife Jemma and their young family (two boys keeping them on their toes). Exploring the countryside and making the most of the beautiful place where they are lucky enough to live. A confident media spokesperson, he has represented the internet and tech sectors on issues such as online safety, data security and broadband rollout.

Caroline Iroegbu
Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
As Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Clarity, Caroline brings a unified approach to Clarity’s global operations and risk strategy. She works closely with senior stakeholders on commercial strategy and decision-making, and is focused on continually refining Clarity’s operating model to support the business’s growth.
Caroline’s global perspective on life is a natural result of her international upbringing. Having been raised in Hong Kong, she later lived and worked in both Beijing and Tokyo, and spent numerous summers working in the US. Now based in Kent, she is kept busy by her two young sons and her love of sport - most notably as a dedicated Chelsea fan and a keen follower of F1, though, in truth, almost any sport goes! Caroline is also an avid reader and has recently embarked on the fascinating (and slightly daunting) journey of becoming a beekeeper.

Waarom
Clarity?
Bekroond werk
