Designing an enterprise-ready digital experience for RapidMiner’s SaaS relaunch

Digital experience, UX, and SEO to reposition a data science leader from edtech to enterprise SaaS.

The partnership

RapidMiner is an enterprise-ready data science platform that amplifies the collective impact of people, expertise, and data, giving corporate customers a competitive advantage. Following a brand refresh and ahead of a major SaaS product launch, RapidMiner needed a B2B website capable of supporting an evolved enterprise strategy.

The previous site still positioned RapidMiner as an edtech player, with fragmented information architecture, limited user insight, and weak calls to action. This constrained lead generation, obscured RapidMiner’s enterprise proposition, and underplayed its role as a major data science authority.

RapidMiner partnered with Clarity to design and build a strategic digital experience platform that reflected the new brand positioning, showcased a new SaaS offering, and created a clearer path from discovery to conversion for enterprise B2B customers.

Systematising impact 

Clarity began with strategy and discovery workshops to align RapidMiner’s stakeholders around a single set of commercial objectives and a coherent enterprise SaaS narrative. This work clarified how the website should support long-term growth, not just a one-off product launch.

Clarity’s SEO and digital specialists then led keyword research and content mapping to align site structure with search intent and priority audiences. A reimagined site architecture and user journey mapping reduced friction across the funnel, while new visual and navigational design elements supported a distinctive, premium experience without sacrificing performance.

Redirect mapping and a consolidated content hub preserved RapidMiner’s existing authority and surfaced thought leadership more strategically. The result is an inbound marketing engine that supports RapidMiner’s shift from edtech to enterprise data science, engaging B2B buyers and promoting the new SaaS platform.
